Support videos coming soon
We offer a lot of tools, some of them are more advanced than others. We know you’re busy, and help documents can be long and tedious. So we thought to ourselves “selves, why don’t we make some how-to videos?” We couldn’t think of a good reason not to.
Videos will be coming soon, and will be visible on a support page. If you have suggestions on what we should support, or want to request a video, post in the forums or send an email to Aaron at aaron@dighumanities.org – he’s so helpful that one.
These are not just blogs you know…
Dig Humanities is built on WordPress technology, and that means you get a lot more than just a blog. As well as being able to post, you can also create static pages (great for eportfolios!) manage comments in incredible detail, set static front pages, password protect individual posts and create powerful muti-tiered and complex websites… without ever needing to know one iota of html.
It’s not (just) the technology, it’s the pedagogy too
Because Dig Humanities is made by educators, for educators, we know about how you can effectively use blogs and the web in teaching and learning. We’re here to provide resources, discussion and suggestions for how you can use the interenet. Thinking of e-portfolios, collaborative classwork, online journals, discussion or problem-based learning? So are we!
